Registration Forms

 

Before you start learning circus with us, you must complete a registration form.

 

Choose the form which is appropriate for you - minors need to fill out the form with a parent / carer section. Then click the relevant title / text to follow the link to the Google form. There is the option to call or email over any information which you don't wish to send via the online form.
